To whom it may concern:

Mr. Taylor Vaughan has been employed by us since November
15, 1973. His work here has been on the 12 meter yacht
"Intrepld" in preparation for the 1974 America's Cup Races.
He has been active in several phases of the construction
and I have personally worked in close association with him.
Taylor is a very pleasant and able person to work with. He
is also able to manage other people as well as working out
solutions on his own. It Is my impression that Mr. Vaughan
is a serious and correct person, who would deserve confidence.
